INVESTMENT: $15M+ Eastern Seaboard. Our client is an investment company with existing interests in the services industry, seeking a further acquisition of a Queensland based Mining or Energy Services business. The business will service one or more export coal mines, power stations or smelters, preferably with existing supply contracts in place. The proposed target size is: Turnover $40-100M p/a, EBIT $4-10M p/a and the proposed investment amount is to be $15M plus. The management team of the target company should be capable of leading a larger organisation. The proposed investment structure is flexible, but elements may include script, capital raising and cash, or a combination of these.
