Typically business professionals that are prepared to dedicate resources to building business sales as a significant component of their business.

Criteria – what you need…
Licence to sell businesses in your State:

  • NSW: Business Agent's Licence
  • Victoria: Licensed Real Estate Agent
  • Queensland: Licensed Real Estate Agent

  • Procedures – step by step business sale process
  • Initial training, allowing 2 man-weeks over the initial months

Proposed Licence Fee Structure

Initial Fee $50,000 plus GST

  • 50% payable on signing
  • 50% payable before training and marketing commences


Annual Fee

  • 5% of gross success fees invoiced; payable monthly
  • Minimum $10,000 (excluding first year, where the minimum fee is the initial $50,000)


Supertrac's Rationale

The Initial Fee and Annual Fees are intended to approximate the true cost of providing the services proposed, resulting in a break even outcome in the short term.

The rationale in offering licences is to expand coverage of the Supertrac brand and to accelerate the growth of the database of purchasers/investors for mutual benefit, as well as provide resources to further develop the systems and technology.

Licences also provide a way to increase market coverage whilst overcoming the limitation of hiring and managing quality staff in multiple locations.

The proposed fee structure is intended to offer a value proposition to licensees, where they receive access to proven systems and training at a fraction of the cost of establishment, as well as access to marketing resources that would otherwise be unavailable.

It is expected that this value will be especially recognised by those intending to add business sales to their range of services offered to their larger clients.
